Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds white fish fillets
- Lime juice
- ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
- Black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place fish in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Combine lime juice, mayonnaise, pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread mixture over fish.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
