Simple fish dish

Ingredients
- 1 fillet white fish
- 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 tablespoons peas
- 1 spring onion sliced
- 50g cream cheese
- 25g melted butter
- 1 slice of stale bread, torn into chunks
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 125mL milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 390F.
- Grease a small ovenproof dish with oil.
- Mix the melted butter and bread together in a bowl.
- Mix the cream cheese and flour together in another bowl, slowly mix in the milk until smooth, stir in the spring onion and peas.
- Place the fish on the greased dish, topped with cream cheese mixture, the tomatoes and finally the bread mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve!
